Zhang Dayu School of Chemistry (ZDYSC) is a special academic zone, jointly established in April of 2016 by Dalian University of Technology and Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, both of which have impressive achievements in the fields of chemical engineering, catalytic chemistry, organic synthesis, etc. ZDYSC is relying on multiple key laboratories including Dalian National Laboratory for Clean Energy (DNL), three State Key Laboratories, and the Scheme of Intelligence Introduction for Innovation at Chinese Universities (“111 project”) sponsored by the Ministry of Education. The vision of ZDYSC is to build a world-class chemistry discipline with accelerated innovation through chemical research.
